PSP Export Guides

Step-by-step instructions for exporting settlement files from each payment service provider.

Each PSP has its own dashboard and process for exporting the settlement files you need to upload to NjiaPay for reconciliation. Select your PSP below for a step-by-step guide, including the exact columns your CSV must contain.

Adyen

Export the Settlement details report from the Adyen Customer Area.

PayPal

Download the Activity report from PayPal Business.

Paystack

Export Settlements from the Paystack Dashboard.

General Notes

Do not modify the CSV before uploading. NjiaPay handles each PSP's specific formatting (decimal separators, date formats, column names) automatically.
Extra columns are fine. If your PSP export contains more columns than listed above, they will be ignored. Only the listed columns are required.
Column names must match exactly. If a column is renamed or missing, the upload will fail. Export directly from your PSP dashboard without editing the file.
